About ALBE
Rental Space ALBE offers hourly and full-day rental spaces in central Nagoya — suitable for meetings, interviews, parties, photo/video shoots, cosplay, and music practice. Several locations are close to the Asian Games (Aichi-Nagoya 2026) venues, making them convenient for visitors during the event.
Booking is online and available 24/7. You can reserve as a guest (credit card) or create a free account.

Pricing — how it works
- Hourly rate — most spaces are charged per hour, in 30-minute steps. Weekends & public holidays may have a higher rate than weekdays.
- Minimum hours — some spaces have a minimum (e.g. the hall is 3 hours). If you book less, you are still charged the minimum.
- Day rate — booking the full opening hours (or certain spaces/days) is charged as a fixed 1-day price instead of by the hour. The booking screen shows this automatically.
- Options — items such as equipment can be added; each has its own price.
The exact total (tax included) is always shown before you confirm, so there are no surprises.
How to Book — step by step
Open the booking page and follow these steps. The progress bar at the top (1 Space → 6 Done) shows where you are.

Choose a space
Tap the space you want. Each card shows the hourly rate, opening hours and minimum hours.

A two-month calendar appears. Green = available. Tap an available day.
Step 2 — Choose an available date on the calendar -
Choose your time
Tap your start time, then your end time (or use the dropdowns). An estimated price appears. Tap 「カートに追加」 (Add to cart). You can add more dates if you like.
Step 3 — Select start & end time; the estimated price is shown -
Add options (optional)
Add any equipment or extras you need, then continue. You can skip this if you don’t need anything.

Choose how to book
Book as a guest (credit card only), create a free account (recommended — lets you use coupons/points and manage bookings), or log in if you already have one.
Step 5 — Register, log in, or book as a guest -
Enter details, pay & confirm
Fill in the event name, purpose, number of people, your name, email and phone (for overseas numbers, include your country code). Choose a payment method, agree to the Terms, and tap 「この内容で予約する」 (Book with these details). You’ll receive a confirmation.

Payment
- Credit card (Stripe) and PayPal — available to everyone, including guests. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported via card.
- Guest booking = credit card only. To use bank transfer, coupons or points, please create a free account.
- Bank transfer / convenience-store payment — available for members at some spaces, up to a few days before your booking. The available methods are shown on the payment screen for each space.
The full amount (tax included) is shown before you confirm. A receipt can be issued from My Page after payment.
Cancellation Policy
Standard spaces (cancellation fee based on how far before the use date you cancel):

Piano / soundproof rooms (Meieki soundproof A/B, Higashi-Betsuin) use a special policy:

Changing the date/time is usually free if the new slot is available. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm a change or cancellation.

Tip: the route guide is in Japanese — use your browser’s Translate for text, and Google Maps for turn-by-turn directions in your language.
Contact & On-site Support
- English inquiries by web form / email are welcome. We use AI translation, so communication is smooth. We reply as soon as possible.
- Phone support is in Japanese only. For English, please use the contact form and we’ll get back to you quickly.
- On-site: English-speaking staff are available at ALBE Hall Nagoya, Meieki Free Space, Meieki Exercise Space, and the Meieki Soundproof Piano Rooms (A/B). At other locations, staff can assist using translation apps.
House Rules & Notes
- No smoking indoors.
- Please keep noise to a reasonable level and be considerate of neighbours.
- Observe the maximum capacity of each space.
- Please leave the space clean and tidy, and take your rubbish with you.
- Illegal or dangerous activities are prohibited.

Can I get a receipt?
Yes — issue it yourself from My Page after payment.
Can I book for today?
Same-day booking is possible for many spaces up to a cut-off before the start time.
Can I extend or change my booking?
Yes, from My Page. If the price changes, the difference is shown before you confirm.
Do I need an account?
No — you can book as a guest with a credit card. An account (free) lets you use coupons/points and manage bookings easily.
